← RevOrbPrivate Beta Terms
Last updated October 24, 2026RevOrb currently offers an invitation-only evaluation service at no charge. These interim terms describe expected use during the pilot. They do not create a paid subscription or guarantee a permanent free plan.
Permitted use
Workspace owners must use accurate identity details, invite only authorized staff, protect their credentials, and use RevOrb for legitimate business operations. Workspace managers control member approval and roles.
Customer content
The customer is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to provide sales and meeting data, including any required consent for call recording and transcription. RevOrb does not independently verify those permissions.
Beta limitations
RevOrb is pre-release software. Features may be unavailable, inaccurate, changed or interrupted. AI coaching, financial estimates and forecasting should be reviewed by qualified users rather than treated as authoritative financial or legal advice. Customers should independently retain important business records.
Fees, duration and access
The invited beta is free. We may limit participation, team seats and usage to protect the service. Any future paid service will require a separate communicated offer and acceptance, including price, billing cadence, access changes, cancellation and refund terms. The beta itself does not collect subscription fees. Beta access may be suspended for abuse or security reasons.
Privacy and contact
Read the Privacy Notice. To report a pilot issue or suggest an improvement, use Help & Support in your signed-in workspace or email [email protected]. This is a beta support channel and does not guarantee a particular response time.
