← RevOrbPrivacy Notice
Free private beta · Last updated October 24, 2026RevOrb is an early-access tool for sales teams. This notice explains what data the beta processes. It is a practical beta notice, not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific privacy review.
Information used
We process account names, email addresses, team memberships, business data entered by users (such as bookings, calls, notes, revenues and tasks), support, feature and bug reports sent to the RevOrb team (including the account email, workspace and technical context), and only the connected Fathom recordings a team member explicitly chooses for analysis. Connected Calendly and Fathom accounts may provide scheduling and recording information.
Purposes
We use these records to authenticate users, maintain isolated team workspaces, show sales performance, provide AI-assisted analysis, manage reminders and support the beta. No payment card details are collected by RevOrb during the free beta.
Providers and retention
RevOrb uses Supabase for authentication and data storage and Cloudflare for application hosting and background processing. Fathom and Calendly are optional customer-connected services. Resend is used for transactional authentication emails and, when configured, support-request notification emails. Support requests are stored in Supabase so the sender can see their own ticket history; their content is accessible to platform support staff rather than other members of the workspace. Records are retained while the beta workspace operates unless deleted under an applicable retention process. Account access can be paused by workspace managers.
Data access and security
Access is organized by business workspace and member role. Users should not upload sensitive material without appropriate authorization, including any required consent to recording or AI processing. No technical system offers a guarantee of absolute security.
Optional public-website analytics
The public RevOrb marketing page may use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand visits and interest in the private beta, but only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” Declining prevents the Google Analytics tag from loading. A visitor can change their choice using “Analytics preferences” in the public page footer. The analytics choice is stored locally in the browser. The site sends page paths and limited marketing attribution rather than invitation tokens, prospect details or private dashboard content. Clicking the beta email link is counted only as an interest signal, not a completed lead or signup. Depending on location, additional notices or controls may be legally required before analytics is enabled.
Your requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests during this invitation-only beta, use the Help & Support page in your signed-in workspace or email [email protected]. Before wider commercial availability, RevOrb will publish confirmed operator identity, address where legally required, and complete controller/processor disclosures. This beta notice is subject to jurisdiction-specific review.
Additional information about connected services and local data
RevOrb may process limited booking details from Calendly, metadata and transcripts from selected Fathom recordings, and AI-generated analysis of sales data. Only authorized team members should connect and submit content they are permitted to process. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should not be used alone for financial or employment decisions.
The in-app AI assistant stores recent conversation history in browser session storage, scoped to the signed-in workspace. It is not intentionally retained in persistent local storage, and prior locally saved AI histories are cleared when that workspace chat is opened. Browser session storage may survive some browser restore scenarios. The Reset control clears the current session history. On shared devices, sign out and avoid leaving sensitive conversations accessible in a browser profile.
Operational records may include customer names, email addresses, appointments, sales performance, notes, compensation settings, support cases and contract drafts. Payment-card credentials are not collected by RevOrb during the free beta. Some requests and data can be transmitted to connected processors to deliver the service.
There is no promotional SMS or marketing email subscription configured as part of the standard beta workflow. Authentication and support messages are service-related. If promotional messaging is introduced, a separate notice and controls will be required.
To request access, correction, or deletion, use Help & Support when signed in or email [email protected]. Requests involving another business's data may require contacting that business as data controller. Exact retention and removal timelines depend on the nature of the record and lawful obligations and are not yet standardized for a public rollout.
